South Joe River Chickee

South Joe River Chickee is probably the easiest chickee to reach from Flamingo. The Joe River goes around the Southwest end of Whitewater Bay.
The chickee itself is a little off the channel of the Joe River, but if you watch carefully it's easy enough to find.
It's an older chickee, so it's smaller and actually feels a little rickety (but it has ridden out several hurricanes recently). As the pictures show, it's a double chickee, so you might have to share it with another party.
Being as close as it is to Flamingo, it probably gets used a lot but I have never met other parties there in Summer (though I did in April).
