Lightsey Point is on the West shore of lake Kissimmee, just east of the mouth of Tiger Creek.
There is actually a picnic table here. I don't know how heavily used this area is yet. It's SFWMD property. I would assume it's only a week-day naturist spot though, because it's easily accessible, and people often aren't deterred from stopping and using an area just because others are already camping there.
The shore here was actually sandy and clear. It wasn't deep enough for a proper swim, but it made for good wading.

I have camped here twice so far. The first time, when we arrived, there were three airboats, literally at the picnic table. We set up camp west of there. No one landed in our camp, but a lot of airboats came by. With the "early warning" of their engine noises, it was easy to get out of sight of the shore (or sit down in the water) to avoid "flashing" them before they arrived. The downside was that that first time was a weekend, and we had to do this frequently.
The next time was a Monday, and it was just the opposite. No one passed close by in the daytime, and we were able to camp by the picnic table.

There's an Osprey nest located on a pole nearby. I have seen a number of Ospreys and Bald Eagles in this area.
