Boat Camping
Boat camping is probably the easiest naturist camping you can do for a number of reasons:
1. You don't need special lightweight foods or to skimp on space like you would when backpacking.
2. Once the boat is loaded and launched, there is not a lot of physical labor involved. It's almost as easy as driving to a campsite, but you don't have the crowds a "drive in" site would have.
3. Almost everyone has at least heard of skinnydipping. If someone encounters you naked by the water, they may assume you are going or have been skinnydipping, and that's not as outlandish of an idea as simply camping naked might seem to many people. Therefore, they are more likely to be accepting of your nudity than they might be away from the water.

Some special problems of naturist boat camping include increased sun exposure, and increased likelyhood of bugs over some "dry" types of camping. Sunscreen and insect repellent are indispensible to boat camping.
Also, you need to be sure your boat is completely safe before you go. Check your local laws for boat safety requirements, but as a minimum, make sure you have lifejackets, fire extinguisher (for motorboat), and a bailing device.
I have divided boat camping into 3 types (click to go there):
Open boat camping
Cabin boat camping
Barge camping
