The Plate Creek chickee is not far off the Wilderness Waterway in Plate Creek near a small island. It is one of the older chickees in the park, and one of the smaller ones.
Because it is a single chickee, if you reserve it, you will be the only party there. (Although it is possible a passing boater might want to stop and use the port-a-jon).
