The Pearl Bay Chickee is rather unique. It' the only handicapped-accessible chickee I've seen in the park. It is much larger than most chickees, and being a double on top of that, it could accommodate more tents. Its location is among the most remote for a chickee.
The closest access to this chickee is the Hell's Bay Canoe Trail. This trail is far to buggy in the Summer to be practical to use. The other way to get to Pearl Bay is on the Whitewater Bay side.
There are several chickees closer to Flamingo than Pearl Bay, so chances are, once things warm up and the canoe trail is too buggy, the Pearl Bay Chickee may be the most deluxe as well as secluded chickee.
I only visited this chickee once, and that was in April. No one else came by. The water was too cold to try it out for swimming.
